PWDGOA required a fast-curing surface coating system with high mechanical abrasion re-distance, no VOC contents, no cracking and stable features for the wall, machine foundation and metal structure. Application with 1:1 heated, high pressure, plural component equipment. Pressure of time for fast completion and cost advantages favored QuickSeal MP500 2-component hybrid system derived from a reaction of an Isocyanate and a modified Polyurea/Polyurethane resin blend.

Process took place in the following steps:
1. Concrete was prepared and cleaned of any residues that may have affect to bonding.
2. Surface was primed and adhesion improved.
3. The aromatic QuickSeal MP500 applied with heated, high pressure spray equipment.

The complete process of surface preparation and application of base coat was successfully completed within 1 month.
