Combo-Protect system

VIPSHIELD is a roof sealing and insulating coating system for commercial roofs. It eliminates the need for thick concrete screeds and can be applied directly to the construction concrete or directly to steel roofing structures improving installation times and reducing costs.

Fast track installation

All products are spray applied meaning they offer extremely rapid installation time and avoid the risks associated with weather damage. Without the need for a traditional screed overlay, VIPShield offers huge time advantages over traditional combo systems reducing overall construction time, meaning your property can be occupied sooner.

Thermal insulation

VIPShield’s PU closed cell polyurethane foam insulation creates an extremely efficient semi rigid waterproof thermal barrier, insulating your building against heat loss and gain through radiated heat.

Reduced construction costs

With a combined weight of less than 5 kg per m², VIPShield products are lighter than traditional roofing materials. When compared to other combo roofing options, placing a bonded screed under the insulating layer reduces thickness and weight by at least 70kg per square metre. This low weight can offer cost and space savings throughout the construction through reduced support thickness.
