Located 180km away from Bangkok, Khao Yai is a famous tourist destination among local and foreign tourist in Thailand. The SwanLake Residence project was built with a concrete flat roof design and the architects required a waterproofing design which will be able to handle the temperature difference. With an average day temperature of 22 degree c and night temperature of 10 degree c, the VIPShield system was selected to provide a waterproofing system on the roof slab.
