NIMR Automotive is a Military Vehicle OEM.

Protective coatings were required to be implemented in the production line to each and ever vehicle. The entire shell of the vehicle was to be coated in a high elongation product in order not to have physical damages to the body and anti-corrosion protection.

Initial tests were carried out along with pull off tests to check the adhesion between the coating and metal parts. QuickSpray Industrial W was used on Military Ambulance Vehicles where an elastomeric coating was required with anti-bacterial test reports and approvals.

A top coat was required for color retention and so QuickCoat PU was applied over the finished coating layer.
