A seamless coating for flat roofs was required for this hotel belonging to the Magic Life Hotel Group

The elastic and weather-resistant 2K Polyuera membranes are perfectly suited for this.

The project was carried out in 4 steps:

Pre-treatment and cleaning of the concrete substrate
Prime with VIP Primer
Application of the seamless VIP polyurea membrane using the hot spray method
Finish with a top coat
