A logistics center with very expensive equipment had a leaking roof as a result of intense cracking. Treatment of the cracks has failed repeatedly in recent years.

The challenge in this project was the many elements on the roof through which the water penetrated into the building. In addition, careful and individual maintenance was required.

The VIPShield roofing system solved the problem.

The coating was applied in the following steps:

1. Removal of all foreign materials used to seal cracks.
2. Scraping of the concrete to the level CSP3-4
3. Application of an epoxy primer – QuickPrime Epoxy SF 21
4. spraying polyurea – QuickSeal PP350
5. Application of polyurethane coating
