Cylingas is a fabrication company based in Dubai and was established back in 1974, they fabricated the TES tanks used on the Shams District Cooling Plant.
The plant is being built for Tamouh Investments for their Reem Island Communities. Foam Insulation along with a Polyurea coating is becoming a more accepted way of insulating TES tanks as the system provides both insulation and a flexible seamless waterproofing membrane.

VIPSHIELD was chosen by the client as it provided extended warranties and a maintenance free solution.

1) Surface repair & preparation
2) Application of Spray Foam
3) Application of 2mm QuickSeal PP350 – hot spray applied polyurea
4) Application of one coat of QuickCoat PU Topcoat
