The Burj Al Arab is a luxury hotel located in the city of Dubai, Emirates and is Managed by the Jumeirah hotel group, it is one of the tallest hotels in the world. Burj Al Arab stands on an artificial island that is 280m. When their restaurant SAL needed its roof refurbished, they approached our approved applicator Gecko Middle East for a solution.

Because the restaurant is on a man made island it is exposed to extreme heat and sea air. The proposed system of Quickseal Silver Reflect was accepted as it is an environmentally friendly solution, able to withstand the harsh environmental conditions and provides a totally seamless waterproofing.
