Four hours to the north of Cairo, 2 hours to the west of Alexandria, on the Mediterranean coast north of Egypt, Swanlake is an exquisite private village with three crystal lagoons.

Though the lagoons are designed to have an HDPE liner over compacted soil, the beaches are concrete that need to be coated with a long-lasting waterproofing that is color stable, chemical resistant, abrasion resistant, and with a non-skid finish. For the first time in Egypt, QuickSpray Supreme AL was sprayed with white quartz sand to offer the needed finish. The finish and procedure is then adopted for other lagoons requiring the same function with the same aesthetic finish.
