Mylan pharma required a fast-curing surface coating system with high mechanical abrasion resistance, no VOC contents, no cracking and stable features for their plant floor. Application was done with 1:1 heated, high pressure, plural component equipment.

Pressure of time for fast completion and VOC free coating favored Quick Spray Industrial. Over Quick Spray Industrial 250-micron Quick floor SF slow food grade coating was done to give smooth look and movement of vacuum machines. Processing took place in the following steps:

1) Concrete was prepared and cleaned of any residues that may have affect to bonding.
2) Surface was primed with Berger epoxy primer to promote adhesion.
3) Pure Polyurea Quick Spray 1.5 mm applied with heated, high-pressure spray equipment.
4) Food grade Quick floor 400 SF slow was applied to give smooth finish for the movement of vacuum machine ove floor.
