The “QuickSpray Industrial W” system was selected because of its mechanical properties, chemical resistance and drinking water approval according to Israeli standards (SII-IL). The VIP coating solutions were used in the entire mechanical treatment area (sedimentation tank), the biological treatment stages (activation and purification tanks), the post-treatment (acidic water with a pH value below 2), the brine and sludge treatment, the storage tanks for purified drinking water and the collection pan chemical storage areas (“QuickSpray Supreme HP”) and tank caps (“QuickSeal MP250”).

Processing steps:

1. Rays
2. High pressure cleaning of the surface
3. Restoration of the surface with cementitious mortar
4. Primer (QuickPrime Epoxy SF)
5. QuickSpray Industrial W, QuickSpray Supreme HP, QuickSeal MP250, 1.5-3.0mm applied (depending on usage conditions)

The project was completed within a few months to the full satisfaction of the client.
