The Water And Sewerage Authority of the Punjab province in Pakistan required a high performance lining solution to protect the sewage tunnels under the Raiwind Road in Lahore from agressive liquids, especially hydrogen sulphides and wear (Triggered by the high content of suspended sediments in the sewage). The wetted sewer region is affected by the corrosion resulting from the direct effect of aggressive sewage, the effects of biogenic sulphuric acid corrosion, that is, the microbiological processes, will be found in the gas space, above the water level.
Due to it´s excellent track record and extensive experience in this application field a VIP applicator was asked to develop an economical long term solution for this project. The certified VIP applicator AHT Services LLC was selected to applicate according to high VIP standards.

Application was carried out in 3 steps:

1. Surface Preperartion
2. Priming with solvent free QuickPrime 2K SF Epoxy
3. Hot spray application of QuickSeal PP350
