ISG Middle East was looking for a flooring system for food waste store room (temperature at +5°C) food delievery dock, chef`s office and bin trolley wash room (temperature at +18°C) of the new Cleveland Clinic in Abu Dhabi. The coating should be resistant to the the different room climates and temperatures but could withstand the high traffic loads of a busy retail store. Furthermoore the floor coating had to display high resistance, against abrasion & chemicals, excellent gloss retention and anti-yellowing features. VIP`s QuickFloor 500 was chosen because not only did it meet all these requirements it also had a major benefit over traditional epoxy coatings of a very rapid cure and re-use time. This unique feature enabled the floor re-coating project to be completed over night without the store losing any trading time. In the daily use the Quick Floor 500 coating can be cleaned extremely quickly and easily, particularly advantageous for large properties with enormous areas to maintain.
