Berger is the 2nd largest paint company in India with a turnover of more than 1 billion USD. It is an Indian multinational paint company based in Kolkata, Bengal, with 16 manufacturing units in India, 2 in Nepal, 1 in Poland and 1 in Russia. Their protective coating division is Protecton and they are the largest in protective coatings in India.

On 28th & 29th March VIP and Berger together produced the 1st indigenous Polyurea coating in India (QuickSeal MP500 and MP250) at Berger’s Howrah plant. The batch was successfully tested in the lab & it passed our stringent criteria.

VIP and Berger agreed on a JV strategy with a mutually registered trademark and the creation of a strong technical services team to ensure a sustainable development of Polyurea and Polyaspartic technologies in India.
