S M Musabbar has degrees in Chemistry and Business Management (Technology Management) and started his career from a Research Lab of CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, India) before getting into application and development of construction chemicals in a leading MNC in mid-nineties.

Before joining VIP, he spent substantial time in MEA in the research and development of construction chemicals, plant operations, etc.

His experience in the field of waterproofing, floorings and joint sealants handling various chemistries including polyurethane and polyurea is known in the industry.

Yousef Qashou is a civil engineer by profession and holds an MBA degree from one of the most prestigious universities in the UK, University of Strathclyde.

With 12 years of valuable experience in the construction chemicals industry with one of the leading construction chemicals manufacturers across three different countries spanning Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia, he brings a wealth of international knowledge.

His rapid career progression, unwavering drive and proven leadership track record have positioned him perfectly as our new GM of Sales & Marketing.
