The Challenge
As part of the Al Sulaimi Public Park enhancement, the irrigation water tanks required a lining system that could withstand constant water immersion, chemical fluctuations, and structural stress. The goal was to extend service life, enhance waterproofing, and eliminate recurring maintenance.

VIP Coatings provided the Liquishield system, a high-performance elastomeric membrane chosen for its resistance to permanent immersion, excellent adhesion to concrete, high tensile strength & rapid cure time.

Following surface preparation by ABS Technical Services, the coating was applied seamlessly across walls, floors, and corners under VIP Coatings’ technical oversight, ensuring a uniform, joint-free protective layer.
