VIP Coatings supplied and installed the VIPShield Polyurea roof coating system for the TNB Staff Quarters in Kuala Berang, Malaysia, through the certified applicator Truco Solution. To guarantee the system’s performance, the concrete substrate underwent meticulous preparation, including the treatment of existing defects and primer application in strict accordance with manufacturer specifications. The seamless, spray-applied polyurea membrane was selected for its superior waterproofing performance, extreme durability, and excellent crack-bridging properties.

Upon completion, the project provided a long-lasting protective barrier against water ingress, successfully extending the service life of the building while ensuring high performance under challenging environmental conditions.
