Phase one of the project, spanning 2,000 m², was recently certified as fully watertight using our VIPSHIELD system with QUICKSEAL PP350. This marks the first stage of the larger Kingdom Centre project, which covers a total area of 15,000-20,000 m². Our approved applicator Mithaq Alomran expertly handled both the supply and application of the roof waterproofing and thermal insulation for the Kingdom Centre, the shopping center in one of Riyadh’s most iconic towers. The system involved a two-component, solvent-free epoxy primer (QUICKPRIME 2K EPOXY SF) and a 2 mm thick layer of QUICKSEAL PP350, a hot spray-applied pure polyurea coating.
