Our polyurea was successfully applied in two major segments in this state of art Landmark, first to waterproof the concrete channel that takes the Submarine from it’s marine dock to the open sea, and the other is the grand reveal wall, a concrete wall with a huge window facing the open sea to form as an aquarium for spectators inside the building. Polyurea was chosen for it’s high performance under permanent sea water submersible conditions without the need of any backfill, lateral pressure or protection.
