The parking deck at Eastgate Shopping Centre in Johannesburg required urgent waterproofing after a water leak had progressed to the point of affecting the shops on the level below.
Working on the existing deck, our system combined QuickSeal PP350 as the waterproofing membrane with a dark grey QuickFloor 400 SF Slow topcoat, selected for its UV resistance and durability under continuous traffic and weather exposure.
The result: a reliable, watertight solution that stopped the leak at its source and restored a safe, long-lasting surface for both drivers and the shops below.
