VIP Coating Solutions is growing. We are looking for a Junior Accountant & Coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

In this role, you will connect our finance, purchasing and logistics teams with our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Registering clients and maintaining accurate financial documentation
• Following up on customer collections and coordinating with clients, including site visits
• Supporting cash flow planning, budgeting and financial reporting
• Preparing invoices, reports and supporting documents
• Coordinating purchase requests, purchase orders and approvals
• Working with VIP Global on imported materials and raw materials, including quotations, shipping documents and delivery schedules
• Working closely with suppliers, clients and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly
